Mr. Carroccia is the Founder and Managing Partner of GovTech, Inc., a boutique consulting services firm that specializes in serving the Justice Community.
Mr. Carroccia retired from the IBM Corporation after a successful 25 year career, developing expertise in complex project management, management consulting services, and advanced technologies. Mr. Carroccia has provided guidance to government agencies and small to large businesses on the use of technology, along with change management techniques and business process re-engineering to enable business transformation. As a seasoned manager, he knows that people are one of the most essential elements to successful change.
Recently, Mr. Carroccia provided leadership to medium-size County in the State of Illinois on the development and implementation of an Integrated Criminal Justice Information System. He has provided leadership and consulting services to many other government and non-government clients, obtaining a “high level” of customer satisfaction.
For four years, he served as Adjunct Professor in the School of Communications at Northwestern University in the Undergraduate Leadership Program where he instructed in the Strategies and Paradigms of Leadership Program. Presently, he is also a Commissioner on the Economic Development Commission for the City of Marengo.
Mr. Carroccia received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Illinois University where he majored in Mathematics with a secondary concentration in Computer Science. |
